Hi all.

This is my 2nd time completing the c25k. After the 1st time I did a weekly park run for a few weeks before I got married and went on a month honeymoon. Needless to say I lost all ambition to run while in my bubble.

Not quite back on it yet and need to ensure I keep running after this week. A weekly park run isn’t enough. Any ideas?
