Hey guys . Well may as well be honest now . I left this longer than i'd like and last night we had pizza at work haha. Absolutely knew i'd regret it but after this i consider it my pre-celebration grub. So i definitely regretted that this morning. I had 2 hours sleep after i got in from work at 7am. Then had to vacate the house and we had a viewing at 11am as the house is now on the market. I went for a 40 minute power walk around the town and came home to relax . I filled up with 4 pints of water and i said to myself when this passes through I'm damn well running!
Hour later and the water gates were opened. I kitted up and drove to the gym . Wasn't my outdoors run as planned but it had to be done. I felt more comfortable here today. And i will get on to outdoors and hills next.
The run went better than expected. Almost like routine now. No problems. Sweat like a burst pipe and not one single stitch.!! A first!
Finished up and went and topped it off with a 3 k row.
So here we go . That's a wrap
Thanks guys for your support and Stevy I'll be posting some fund to your chosen charity on the 27th. I'll message you for details.
Rich.

I know what you mean. I rushed week 9 in my enthusiasm and probably should have had more rest days (as I've been exhausted the last two days!) but hey! blame being motivated.... and now you're a graduate
Very well done, bet it's a great feeling. Now go get your shiny graduation badge! And enjoy your first post grad run once you've had a couple of days off 😀
