Week 4 completed

Wow I’m still feeling super happy this morning after last nights run. I had always stuck to the same park to do my runs but broke the mould last night to try this beauty of a running spot. Can’t wait to get week five started and working up the confidence to do week 5 run three at my local park run next Saturday ❤️🏃🏽‍♀️😀🏃🏽‍♀️❤️🏃🏽‍♀️😀

Well done, and great view. I also completed week 4 this morning, though my scenery was mainly a muddy farm track. I have 2 routes that I currently use, they give quite different tracking results, my hilly farm track being slower but advantage of traffic free.

That’s fantastic, I must admit that I choose only flat running routes 😊 just trying to get through the podcasts and once graduated may challenge myself to hilly areas 😂😂😀🏃🏽‍♀️

A nice promenade run into the setting sun, what more could you ask for? This is is what you are missing on the treadmill folks.
