Due to a slight hiccup with Run 2 on Tuesday I decided to redo it today. And I did it.
I got a little stitch but not as bad as a Tuesday. Had my armband for my phone so there wasn’t anything around my waist.
Drank 1L of water today plus my cups of tea which I think definitely helped. I did all the running segments... running more like gentle plodding along!
I am just wondering, I purchased so wireless headphones and they work absolutely fine with music but when Jo talks it’s really crackly. Not really sure what to make of it...
Anyway, onwards to Run 3 on Saturday
