2 x 10 mins, wasn’t easy but once again 2nd one was easier. Building up to the big one on Saturday of 25mins...😳😳😳🤢🤢🤢
After my last run on Monday I had a little niggle on the top of my right foot. It just gave a little pain now and again when pressing my toes down. I thought I would run today to see how it was and it was fine. I did re-lace my shoes a bit looser as they felt a little tight. Hope it’s not something that’s going to niggle all the time. Happy running all 🙌🏃♂️🏃♀️😉

Slow and steady and relax into the longer runs they are just perfect for it... Let the legs find their happy pace You are going to be just fine... well done you!
I found week 6 runs 1 and 2 quite hard too as my legs felt very heavy and tired after week 5. I went slowly as advised but I didn’t seem to have much energy left to really enjoy either run. So I decided to take an extra rest day and when I came to do run 3 (25 min) I found I was recovered enough to really enjoy it again. It’s important to listen to your body and take the recovery time you need. That extra day made such a difference for me - I’m now really looking forward to week 7!!
