Three score and more runs W4r1

Ran W4r1 yesterday. First mistake started off running too fast, but soon realised the error of my ways and slowed down. Wasn't as hard as I feared it would be when I listened to Laura's preamble and managed with only a little spare to run the last 5 minutes. Can't recommend the C25k too highly. Really enjoying it and feeling quite chuffed.

You're learning ;) It's all too easy to run too fast, just backing off a little makes an enormous difference. Onwards and upwards!
