Ran W4r1 yesterday. First mistake started off running too fast, but soon realised the error of my ways and slowed down. Wasn't as hard as I feared it would be when I listened to Laura's preamble and managed with only a little spare to run the last 5 minutes. Can't recommend the C25k too highly. Really enjoying it and feeling quite chuffed.

You're learning It's all too easy to run too fast, just backing off a little makes an enormous difference. Onwards and upwards!
