Well I was dreading this week as I thought running for 3 minutes was hard enough šØ. I was toying with repeating w3 as I thought w4 was a mountain too high to climb. Right up until my run it was going to be w3 BUT I DID W4R1 and, apart from about 15 seconds, I ran when I was supposed to run..... I'm amazed and surprised I did it!!

W4R1

I have just done wk4 run 2 itās amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it š

Completed my W4 R2 this morning myself, definitely easier than R1 & when Michael Johnson exclaimed āyes you did itā I was quite surprised and felt I couldāve gone on a while longer. W5 Iām not looking forward to though!!

Well done! No need to think about repeating weeks unless youāve not completed a run. The plan moves you on at a surprisingly quick rate but it does work (as youāve now found out!) i started with w1r1 on April 6th. Same age as you and a few stone overweight and Iāve now got one 28 minute run to complete before the 30s of w9. You will be amazed at what you can do if you stick with the plan and take it steady. Good luck!

Brilliant Mike!! Well done. Most of the challenges are mental not physical when you get to W4. wyersmith is dead right when he says that programme moves you on quickly. It does really push you.
Don't repeat a week/run unless you absolutely have to. Dig in and get in there, my son
