I did it week 5 run 3!!!

I managed to conquer the 20 minute run!! I was a bit worried about how it was going to go having not run since Saturday and a bit of a stressful week. It was more mental than physical at 10 minutes I was like half way gotta keep going! The last 2 minutes were hard to push through. I ran at a snail pace throughout but was determined not to go fast and just to keep on going! A couple of weeks ago I was struggling with the 5 minute runs so this feels great! Advice for others just go slow and keep moving at a snails pace slow and steady wins the race you can work on improving your speed later!

Perfectly done.... same pace in the next run... you’re doing a great job.

IF you're running as fast as a snail you need to stop showing off 🐌 lol

And you can change your name now

Get rid of the maybe

You got this now runner 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Good run, well done. I agree with Wolvesmad, time to change the maybe for cando!

I’ve got this run on Monday, I’ve taken note of what you have said as a bit worried. Do my run 2 week 5 tomorrow
