I did it, I can't believe it got up at 5.30am and off I went. First 5 Mins where tough but seemed to get better the nearer I got to the end. This is my 3rd attempt at C25K and the furthest I have ever got without giving up.
Bring on week 6.

Well done! Is this the first time you’ve tried and used the forum?
Thank you,Yes it is the first time I have used the Forum. It definitely helped as I so badly wanted to write down that I did it. I knew I was going to post this morning weather I succeeded or not it just gave me the extra push I needed.
Excellent. Lean on us as much as you need - don’t quit this time round, we’ll all help.
Thank you, That is really reassuring. I am determined not to quit . I think I am in a good mind set this time.
Wow well done! I’m hoping this will be me this time next week. I’ve just completed W4 and I can’t wait to get stuck in to W5 on Monday!
Congratulations Runner! 😀
Well done Paulapea! I've just completed W5R3 as well, and exactly the same as you, I found it surprisingly got easier as the time went on. I'm actually in shock that I managed to run for 20 mins without stopping! Like you, I've attempted C25K before, but with a different app, but this time I'm completely determined. Great job, and enjoy week 6!
Thank you so much, and very well done to you too, I am overwhelmed with the support on here. It really does make all the difference. I am also in shock, I'm still buzzing. Have to focus on week 6 now. We can do this
