I did it, I can't believe it got up at 5.30am and off I went. First 5 Mins where tough but seemed to get better the nearer I got to the end. This is my 3rd attempt at C25K and the furthest I have ever got without giving up.

Bring on week 6. :)

Well done! Is this the first time you’ve tried and used the forum?

Thank you,Yes it is the first time I have used the Forum. It definitely helped as I so badly wanted to write down that I did it. I knew I was going to post this morning weather I succeeded or not it just gave me the extra push I needed. :)

Wow well done! I’m hoping this will be me this time next week. I’ve just completed W4 and I can’t wait to get stuck in to W5 on Monday!

Congratulations Runner! 😀

Well done Paulapea! :) I've just completed W5R3 as well, and exactly the same as you, I found it surprisingly got easier as the time went on. I'm actually in shock that I managed to run for 20 mins without stopping! Like you, I've attempted C25K before, but with a different app, but this time I'm completely determined. Great job, and enjoy week 6! :)
