Week 5 Run 3...I did it!

Well I couldn't have imagined 5 weeks ago that I'd be able to run for 20 minutes but this morning I did it. It wasn't fast and it wasn't pretty but I did it. Think I might have achey cheeks later from all the grinning I'm doing!

Seems a massive jump but actually doesn't feel too bad, you'll be fine.

Completed , not in a great style , worrying looks from passers by , but great sense of achievement . Onwards and upwards. Thanks for your encouragement, it made a great difference

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
