I had been struggling with completing week 3 runs and getting running for the complete 3 mins at the end. I tried repeating runs 3 or 4 times with no success, even dragging the other half out to keep me going. Today however I thought screw it just try week 4 and I completed the whole run without stopping no problem. I had hit a mental block and this was just what I needed to get me going again ๐๐

The mind is a powerful thing, and it's obviously been playing tricks on you. Well done for telling it to naff off!

If you don't succeed then try again until you do succeed, well done on completing week 4 run๐๐ 1 and succeeding, no more mental blocks from now on ๐

Thatโs fantastic! Sometimes repeating helps, but at others you build a wall, as you identified. Great job on that run... hope youโre proud of yourself.
