W4 R1 & R2 completed

Tomorrow is my last run in W4. Whoop whoop. I have absolutely loved these runs, even at 6am in the snow thinking I must be crazy ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค“. This week I've had a lot going on and the runs have helped clear my mind. I'm loving this programme . Happy weekend all. X

This is music to my ears. I start week 4 tomorrow with a dodgy hip but feeling optimistic .x

One of the highs is turning off the heating when you get in - feels like the tropics ๐Ÿ˜€

More hungry... And legs seem slightly more toned but my walking pace has increased - train station walked reduced by 5 mins - power walk and don't tire as easily. More energy. ๐Ÿ˜€. You? ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

Well done sounds positive. Yes legs definitely more toned and I think I'm loosing weight from my stomach. Yes re the hunger and that feels good. I'm getting a bit shocked that I'm running 3 mins quite comfortably almost like a double take!

I know it's crazy!! I've also signed up for a 10k run via work. Don't feel bad for enjoying a large bar of Cadburys fruit and nut. ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ’ƒ
