I'm new to running so can't believe I have completed week 5.I just want to give encouragement to anyone else taking up the challenge because if I can get this far so can you. I will be 65 at the end of the year so my goal is a 5K Park run πŸ˜€

Week 6 run 1 done today- found it quite hard going- don't know if it was feeling the effects of my last run of week 5 or because it was hot but took encouragement from the forum saying good and bad runs, maybe that was my bad today! Run 2 on Wednesday so hopefully feel better with that one !

I took advice from Graduates who said respect week 6. Apparently it messes up quite a few c25k runners. Possibly because after 5.3 it looks easy...

So copy me. Slow and steady. Eyes on the prize πŸ† see you on the graduates podium πŸ˜ΈπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ˜Έ
