So today is my 20 minute run, I've got my gear on ready to go, I. can do this and to think I struggled with the one minute just a few weeks ago, And I'm post COVID with 16 days in hospital and struggled to walk upstairs at Easter.

I did it! And ran a few minutes more! Thanks for all your positive replies, I had to do it and you all helped!!

Hi Yes, it was good, actually jogged for 30 minutes - so pleased I've ordered some real running shoes !
