Cannot believe I’ve done that, found it my toughest run yet, but amazed at myself! I took all the advice here and jogged really really slow, I think that helped a lot. Bright red face now, big breakfast is in order! Thanks for fab support here on this forum :-).

Yessss! Well done. It’s true. Slow and steady is THE best way to get through the sessions Also you’re much less likely to suffer injuries 😃👍🏃‍♀️
