Just completed run number one of week four. I must admit it was hard work, jumping from 1m30s and 3m running to 3m and 5m was hard. But I done it!! The last 5 minutes was hard and I’m sweating but I’m so happy I done it!

Had Holly and Phillip keeping me going in the gym lol
