I’ve just completed my third run of week 9 and I am now officially a graduate. By the way, does graduate just automatically appear next to my name, or do I have to do something.
Not only do I feel fitter. I can now run almost 5K but as an added bonus I’ve lost 6 lbs. My reasoning is that if I keep this up for another 9 weeks and lose another 6 lbs, I’ll be at my target weight. Win win situation.
Seriously though, it’s been amazing, never thought in a million years I would complete this programme, so a big thank you for all your wise words and encouragement. Where to from here? Any tips would be appreciated.
For now I’ll maintain my thirty minutes and just enjoy the fact that I can. Xx🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Well done. I did mine yesterday and am going to work towards getting my 5k down to 30 minutes eventually and just enjoy the running for a couple months.
Well done to you too limberlou. I read your post. I’m like you in as much as I prefer morning runs to evenings. I note you have a Graduate next to your name. How did you get it, I can’t seem to find the right link. 🏃♀️
