Wow ... so very very very pleased with myself! I've been dreading W4 (I've even had sleepless nights) but I did it!!! Yes me, Mrs so unfit, never run before, or in fact, did any exercise before starting C25K. I'm starting to feel I might, just might, be able to see this through to the end :)

Well done you ⭐️ You definitely can do this right to the end. You just have to want to enough. Steady and slow, repeat if you need to, and don’t be afraid. We’re all with you x

Great run. You’re right to be pleased with yourself... let that pride flow... you’ll do this and those feelings will keep growing. Don’t lose any sleep over a run... relax... you can do them all.

Dont suppose you know if it’s common to suffer with sore ankles? Mine are starting to teally hurt when running now???😫

I don’t know how common, but ankles can take some TLC as they don’t have great blood flow to the bits that do hurt. I like the “injuryproof” series on runners world... here’s their ankle one, it could help a lot
