Wow wow wow never did I think I would be able to do that. Can’t believe how comfortable it felt. The first five minute run was tough but it’s a different kind of tired to that that I felt before I started this programme.

Added a new part of the trail on to the run tonight so more walls but a nice change of scenery 😆

It works for getting those longer runs. After 8 months I now probably need to work out how to speed up anbit 😂
