W4R1 in the bag!

Omg I am so happy. Managed to run for 5 minutes without stopping not once but twice! Honestly, I started the run with some trepidation and didn’t think I would complete it. I challenged myself to not look at my phone during the 5 minutes and just run. It helped a lot. Jo popped up anyway to let me know how I was doing 👍 this app has obviously does a great job of building you up without you realising it. Anyone else out there not looking forward to week 4, don’t worry YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Well done it’s such a good feeling when you complete it. It took me three runs to complete but I was so pleased when I eventually did it x

Brilliant! Now, see how you were dreading it but it turned out you could do it after all because the training has made more difference than you thought? See how delighted you were when you actually achieved it? Hold onto that knowledge and that feeling and let them help you the next time a step up in the programme seems too big. Well done!
