Have managed to squeeze this weeks runs into really busy week and feeling quite chuffed! The interval runs went OK, legs were just a little heavy on R3 but nothing I couldn't run through. It's the breathing & recovery that's so astonishing. 6 weeks is not a long to achieve such fitness improvements. It's a fantastic feeling to going from blowing out of your backside in W1 to merrily singing along to tunes (badly) in W6!
Well done, to anyone who got out there again this week... Get going, to anyone that's been thinking about starting... And good luck to everyone.... Happy Friday people!

Well done Unc! You sound upbeat today! I think running does that to us - in my case itβs either running day (happy), or tomorrowβs the run day (happy). Win-win!
Keep it up, youβre smashing the programme! ππππ
Well run uncle_wiggy. Made me chuckle. I now have an image in my mind, πββοΈπ¨π¨π¨π€£. But your right, from struggling to run for just one minute to where we are now is a fantastic journey for all on C25K. So well done all you peeps on this journey. Have a fab weekend ππ»
