When I began C25K back in November and the 60 sec. runs were hard work. Running for 30 mins non-stop again seemed an almost impossible goal.
Despite having to take six weeks out due to knee impact injuries in W4 and restarting from W2 again. Then having 2 weeks out when we had heavy snow. I managed to complete the full 30 min run 3 times this week!!!
I was just on the 3Km mark at 30 mins so there's still some more work needed to get up to 5Km.

Massive well done to you for not giving up! Bet it feels great! Enjoy your weekend now and celebrate. Mine is tommorow and I am very excited as my sis and friends are making me a ceremony lol ππππ
I'm well chuffed at that. I'll aim at getting to the 5k in 30 mins....and I'm well aware my sub 20 min 3 mile runs are never going to happen again. Thanks for your support.
