I really think I must be dreaming. I CAN NOT BELIEVE that I have just run for 20minutes! ππ²π
To be clear, I do my runs in a gym (which I think is easier than running outside, and I confess that it's a jog rather than a run), but nevertheless am getting there and looking forward to week 6 which feels doable. Time to ramp up the speed a bit next week.
The only sad thing is that I got my mobile snatched this week and had not recently backed it up so when I downloaded the app again all my runs were lost. Anyone know of any way to get the data back? If not, I may resort to "rerunning" the runs on the app to fill in weeks 1-5. Is that even sadder? Am so proud of my achievement I want it recorded for prosperity!

Sorry to here about losing the phone. You can replace the runs in the app by fast forwarding through rather than run it in real time. Of course the dates won't be as the original ones.
Well done for bashing week 5, nothing wrong running inside (or going slowly). I wouldn't push the speed just yet, week 6 is notorious for catching people out.
I didn't use the app until week 3, so I'm missing a "full set" too. My plan is to try to increase my pace in short bursts so weeks 1 and 2 will do for that. Not before graduation though.
Week 6 is a strange one after running 20 minutes continuously it should be easy but I found it a challenge particularly run 2, I found the walk Inbetween the two ten minutes runs made it harder than running 20 constantly ?!
I find running on a treadmill harder - you canβt naturally slow down as you get tired! Be proud of your achievements ... inside or outside it is all down to hard work and determination. Keeeep running!
