Only four more runs to go!!! Not that I intend to stop running when I've done them.
When I began in November the one minute runs were an effort, then when I had to take six weeks out due to running impact injuries being able to run for thirty minutes seemed an almost impossible target.
Now I can think, the hardest part of week 9 is going to be working how I can add two minutes to the run and finish at my 5 minute walk back home point.

Excellent progress! You gave some really helpful advice when I also had leg injuries early in C25k and gave me the motivation to rest, strengthen and get back out there - so thanks for that and I'm really pleased to see that you've managed to come back stronger and are close to finishing too. I look forward to seeing you cross that graduation line
Excellent news! Just take it easy and look after those legs and knees. You can do it and we look forward to hearing all about it after you do W9R3 and have finished celebrating.W9R3 - sounds good, doesn't it? A shiny graduate badge awaits you.
