Lovely frosty morning but not cold enough for ice yet. Yogi dog had a spring in his step as he always does in the frost so after our run he had zoomies in the field.
My hands were cold so need a pair of lightweight gloves I think.

I hate running with cold hands, in the winter you will often see me with a T-shirt on and a pair of gloves with my jacket tied round my waist. 😀.
