I almost started to loose the will after two unenjoyable runs this week, but then I realised a cold was trying to hit me and my sinus all week making me feel crap, and running in the afternoon after early shifts at work really doesn’t suit me. But with determination this morning and despite copious amounts of Pale ale last night I was itching for a morning run. I tried another new route since i need a longer distance now. And I feel great again!! 4.5k for 35 minutes including those 5 minute warm up and cool down walks, I even broke into a proper run during the last few minutes!! 🏃‍♀️ Confidence now regained. 😁
