That was the best one yet. Cold almost gone and went from 9.30 per km on run 1 to 8.30 this time.  Still not fast but actually felt like I was jogging rather than staggering.  Also lovely view at the end 💃

That is stunning view well worth the run. A minute off is fantastic progress. You'll be doing 5km in under 30 in no time :-).   I am not sure of my timings I am currently re-doing week 5, unlike you I didn't keep my fitness level but I am improving with each run. I also have a new physio who has given me a whole new set of exercises, all of which are painful! He did worn me though 😀.

Hmmm...not sure I'll ever get to 5km in 30 minutes as I never have a sprint at the end of these longer runs.  When Laura says "1 min to go", my brain says "thank f*** for that" and not "Oh, OK, I'll have a little sprint" but that's OK.  Unlike you, I didn't up with a nasty injury so I have no excuse not to keep on with it.  Good luck with the exercises and I hope that get a little less painful!

Rochester esplanade - river Medway.  It was a beautiful morning and it looked perfect and made me smile when I finished :)

Nice one, and a cracking view too. Helps when the sun is out doesn't it, feels less demoralising than wind and rain.  You are racing away from me now!

It does indeed although I'm not sure how I'll cope if we have any hot weather?  Are you on week 6 now?

Yes due to do W6R2 tomorrow.  Have done it before but went back a bit after the lurgy!

It's rubbish being ill!  I was out for nearly 2 weeks but carried on where I left off.  Good luck for your run x
