So today was the dreaded 20 minute non-stop run which I was convinced I would not manage but I did!! Feeling so proud of myself, this would not have been possible without this brilliant programme πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

As Oldfloss says β€œslow & steady” wins this game. Huge congratulations on your run, my favourite thus far πŸ‘πŸ»

Very well done. I too did my first 20 minutes today and, whilst I wasn't dreading it, I was nervous about how demanding it would be.

The route was a bit crap, the roads too busy, my legs were stiff as anything, the app crashed TWICE, I nearly tripped once and I struggled to maintain a rhythm.

Didn't enjoy it one but - I did it and I'm very proud to have done so. It's been a long journey for me.

Nice to have a mystery running buddy at the same point.

Keep it up! πŸ‘πŸ»

Woohoo ICDT! 20 minutes in the bag, slam dunk! You deserve to be proud, it’s a huge achievement and the first real milestone after getting off the couch! πŸ‘πŸ‘

Respect W6 (have a read of some of the posts about it), but most of all keep running and having a blast! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
