Today I decided to redo this run as i just didn't feel confident that i could do it. Life got in the way this week and I've only managed 2 runs in 10 days so didn't think i was ready for the step up. My legs certainly killed not helped by the wind and rain but i managed an extra 90 second run at the end so will try to believe in myself a bit more on Monday and actually start week 3.

Brilliant well done. Try to avoid any extra and trust the programme to get you to your goal. Your doing great, you'll smash week 3

Cool... start believing because you CAN do this. Try not to do extra... this plan is written for beginners and to approach the limits... going beyond can be very painful.
