Well I didn't think I had the energy to go out and do this, but I put my trainers on, flipped in the earplugs and off I went. I felt so energised at the end of the podcast I ran without stopping for 8 minutes!! It's not part of the deal but I just felt I needed to run, so off I went. Those 8 minutes were so much easier than the 90 second run!
I'm now hoping that run 3 on Friday will be a breeze!! (Famous last words)
Trying to not look at week 4 and week 5 as they look VERY scary!! lol
How's everyone else on week 3 doing?

Sounds like you're doing really well I tried not to look ahead at future runs (although it is v tempting!) just take it one run at a time & you'll do great. Good luck with your next run
Thanks fitmo - I am actually looking forward to tomorrow's run, which is quite some revelation. I'm finding the whole couch 25k thing rather intriguing. If so many people say they've done it, how can I possibly NOT do it?! It's almost like I'm being swept along on a magic carpet that I can't jump off. Suits me!
Hope your final run of w3 goes well. I just completed w3r2, which was a breeze and whilst walking home inadvertently listened in to w4. I agree, it does sound hard and I am looking forward to the challenge. I tackle w3r3 Saturday. We'll manage W4, I'm sure. Let's not disappoint Laura
