Struggled tonight. Really wanted to complete 25mins without stopping but just couldn’t. I have reduced the times of my walking segments to 30 seconds but had to do it 4 times. Plus wanted to test myself on a reasonable flat section and felt no improvement. Little bit disheartening personally although I know it’s more then I could have done 7 weeks ago lol.

Looking at your stats, I’d say slow down and you got this.

How do you track your runs. Is your screenshot from a different app. I am on W4R3 so no where near what you have achieved. I think you have done well to be quite honest. The body probably plateaus at a certain level which may be why you'renot seeing any improvement. I would go with what feels most comfortable and repeat runs until I felt ready to push further. I am no expert so don't take my word for it. Good luck! 🏃‍♂️

You are running way too fast for this program. Even slowing down a little bit will make everything seem so much easier.

You are running very fast. If you slow down you will do it. It's not a race. Slow and steady until graduation then you can increase pace. Good luck! 😁

I agree with everyone and think you’re running too fast, simple as that. Slow right down. It doesn’t matter one jot how far you run. You just need to be able to run for the allotted time. You can do it. You really can!

We’re here cheering you on! 👏👏👏

Ah Marko if I could run that fast it would be close to a miracle. But, it doesn’t sound like much fun, so I wouldn’t trade. 7 weeks ago you were running for 60 seconds at a time. Now hopefully you can understand why nobody thinks you should be disappointed. This programme can be much more enjoyable. I can assure you of that. You clearly have what it takes and then some, so savour it and take it easier. You’re very close to the end now. Have a proper rest tomorrow, remove the pressure of pace and distance and just run with ease. It’s a fabulous feeling!! And so much more fun. 😉 Please don’t risk injury either! That feeling would be far worst. ❤️

Thanks so much everyone. That really helps. I need to learn to just enjoy the run instead of trying for speed and distance. Part of the pressure comes from signing up to my first 5k. I need to relax and enjoy... thank you. Cheered me up.

It’s a good skill to learn for later, some runs have to be slow to produce fast pace when you need it.
