What a crazy thing this c25k programme is - coughing and spluttering at the end the early runs but stuck with it and now waking up at the crack of dawn three times a week and running (jogging) in the rain, wind (Ciara), ice and lovely sunrises!! It's now W7 and finished both this run and W6R3 with a 60s sprint finish. And managed to lose a few pounds in the process. Unbelievable. I'm even beginning to believe the fantastic Jo W when she tells me I'm now a runner! Wherever you are in your c25k journey happy walking, jogging, running.

It is crazy isn’t it? One minute your dreading 90 seconds, then 5 minutes scary .... before you know it you’re doing 20 minutes 😆

This programme is like chocolate, it hooks you in and makes you want just another bit, or a computer game just one more go lol well done

Definitely, and even thinking about the logistics of squeezing in one or two runs whilst we're away at CentreParcs next week (something I would never have contemplated doing before starting c25k). I'm hoping the access roads should provide a nice loop to jog round without getting horrible lost 😃
