I did it!! I found this quite a bit harder than the first week which obviously I was supposed too but I completed it and I feel great!! I am going to treat myself to a arm strap so i don't have to hold my phone when I have completed this week! The after effects of the run are getting better and better too!! Happy Monday

Well done Hattie 27! Happy Monday. Yep you've taken a step up but it does feel good doesn't it?! by R3 you'll be ready to move up again. Just keep doing what you're doing. If you need a makeshift option until you get your phone armband this is what I've been using:

Me too! I was amazed at how hard it was to run for another 30 seconds, I must be so unfit. My back is twinging a bit now though, but I’ve rubbed on Voltarol & hopefully it will go away before Thursday & my next run.
