Week 2 run 1 done, I don't know if it was the sun and blue sky or not but that felt really good, even better than week 1, keeping it slow is definitely the right advice, no aches or pains today so currently feeling pumped π
Long may this feeling continue,
Thanks to everyone on here for the support so far, you're awesome π
Yey! Well done Hidden ...what a lovely day it has been today, I am looking forwa4 to getting out there in a little while...sunny blue skies really lifts the heart π
Thank you, that's the first time I've ran in the sun (or even daylight) and it really did make a difference, I'm looking forward to the next one now π
Well done Rfr, great to see that you're enjoying it, that'll really help. I completed the W2 R1 part of my comeback tour this morning. It was icy, so a bit slippery underfoot, but that certainly helped to keep me cool. I really want to stick at it this time so that I automatically get up early every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday morning to go out for my runs. Good luck with your progress & please let us all know how you're getting on.
