Didn't post after I completed my Week 1 Run 3 but it's amazing I've done my first week and I'm so proud of that so far, found it much easier towards the end of the week too!

Just did my Week 2 Run 1 tonight though and found it a bit more difficult BUT I didn't stop once and I wouldn't of been able to do this last week so I'm already seeing progress which excites me!! 😁

Any tips welcome!

I've just done week 1 run 3. Bit nervous about what is going to be different next week. Is it longer runs or more of them?

Great job... you can see the progress, and that should help you to believe in yourself more, you’ll be ready for every run. This isn’t easy, but it’s doable... getting through difficult runs like tonight’s takes mental strength, and you had that... very well done.

Keep telling yourself that you can do the run... the gremlins/voices in your head will often tell you that you’re not going to make it, but they’re wrong. Never be afraid to slow it down if you need to.

Keep amazing yourself with your progress.

Believe in the program and believe in yourself. Each run prepares you for the next one. Nothing ever to fear. Keep hydrated and keep the pace slow. Static warm ups are good! You are doing very well!! 👍✔️🌷

Some great advice here! What worked for me was a combination of going very slowly and pushing through the difficult bits into the feeling great bits! Also telling myself I love running, just changing the mental noise, seemed to help! You are doing so well.

Great job Naomi, and what a great positive attitude you've got already. Keep doing what you're doing, the only advice I'd offer is that if a run suddenly feels really hard, slow down for a while, get your breathing back and you'll find that you can keep going. Every week I wondered how I'd manage it, and every week somehow I did, even though it's not easy. You can do this!
