So I completed the first run of week 2 today! Was dreading the 90 second runs, but I managed to get through it. Although, I did feel the burn in my legs on the last run! Really hope I can stick with it.

"Dreading"? Really? Why?

Aren't you excited to be doing C25K?

I am, but the 60 second runs in week one seemed long, and the 90 seconds ones felt really long! No idea how I will do a 20 or 30 minute run

I just completed my week 2 yesterday. It does get easier. I am not a runner and lazy is also my middle name...!!

I push myself to do it and I feel so much better afterwards. I could come up with many excuses as to why I couldn’t run that day, but I keep going and am always glad I did. I am now dreading week 3.... 😃

Me too! Completed W2R3 thismorning and I lay in bed thinking "I'll do it tomorrow" but so glad I got up early and did it. Busy central city park was almost deserted at 6.00. Now worried how I will cope with 3min runs! And so it continues...

It seems such a massive leap, to run for 3 minutes...! I run in the evenings, from about 8.30pm, I am not a morning person 😆. Tomorrow, starting week 3, seems like an impossibility, but I’m determined to try...!! Good luck to everyone starting week 3 soon xx

Well done for completing week 2! I know how you feel though... the 90 second runs feel long so no idea how I will do 3 minutes. I'm sure you will be fine though. Let us know how you get on ☺

I just did it this morning and felt the same as you did. I’ve found all the replies in the forum so helpful - all the tips made it really enjoyable. ( flat and slow!)

Definitely flat and slow...

My run is most definitely a jog, but slow and steady wins the race 😊 xx

I did second run week to it was harder today. Asthma playing up. I go really slow as I am scared of falling over.

Awww noooo :-( make sure you take it steady. You can always repeat a week if you need to

Have not run the W2 R3 I got put on preventative asthma meds and have felt lousy ever since I am sure it is my body adjusting. I have managed to get out in the garden as a substitute. I plan tomorrow to go to the gym and try the run on the machine. It will give

Me a chance to combine with my Pilates as well.

Have a good week

Hey there,

I've got my W2R3 in the morning and I always feel slightly apprehensive but this week I decided to get my tunes on and my second run yesterday felt sooo much better. Music = rhythm in my stride = better breathing for some reason. I'm just uploading some more hot running tunes ready for tomorrow 😁 keep going! We can do this!

Absolutely, I can't even imagine running without music. What have you added to your playlist?

I listened to a podcast and found that helped.

I’m going to try some music tomorrow in the hope it will carry me through the 3 minute runs with ease 🤞
