W4R1 DONE!!!!

For a large guy, running posed a terrifying prospect. I’ve got through the first 3 weeks. Looking at the week 4 schedule. Those doubting gremlins crept back into my mind again.

I did it!!!!! It was hard. But I just ran for 16 MINUTES!!! I’m totally amazed that I’ve managed this...

And you know what? I feel good. Tired? Yes. Ready for the next one? Not quite yet... But I’ll be ready by Sunday and looking to move on.

This genuinely is the best thing I’ve ever done to help me get fit. I can feel the difference already, for example walking up hills etc. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Well done for battling the gremlins. This is such a clever program, it really is amazing what we can achieve, and our bodies thank us for it too! Keep on doing what you're doing, it's working 😃👍

Huge congratulations :-) I've just completed the same run. I am completely amazed too - I think we are awesome doing. I was so thrilled when she said I'd run for 16 minutes, I never thought that as possible - and before work too, unheard of!

I’ve just finished W4R1 too, and am amazed I did it! This programme, and this forum, are so good for me. It’s made even more of a mental than a physical difference to me as well. Thank you to everyone involved.
