This is my first post.
I’ve just finished my first run of week 4. Had to run for 5 mins!! I struggled but I did it.
Does it ever get easier? I feel like I’m out of breath after a minute of running. Today my legs were starting to hurt but I plodded on. Which does feel good.
I just excited about running. I’m always looking forward to the next run. But I hate it while I’m doing it. Anyone else feel like this? Will I ever also enjoy the run? Lol
