Hi all! I started the programme thinking I wouldnβt last past week 1 so I didnβt do any research on anything running related. I just now completed W4R1 and Iβm still enjoying it which is a huge surprise to me! I was nervous as itβs the most Iβve run in one session in my adult life at least, more than 20 years, but I got through it - the mental hurdle being hardest of all. Feeling happy now!
I joined this forum just the other day and find it very encouraging and the tips so helpful! I am a little worried about potential injuries in the harder weeks but feel far more informed in how to try to avoid them. Thank you all and good luck to you all!
