After posting that I didn't think I could do wk4 I have just completed w4r1. I bet it wasn't a pretty sight for anyone who saw me but I feel great and I wouldn't have gone out if the People on this forum hadn't gone through it and gave me the belief to try it. Thank you. Looking like a turnip but feeling fab :)

Well done! The more I run the less I care about what others think. You can hold your head up and run with pride! Good luck with the next one

Well done :)

I was super paranoid about how I looked and use to purposely run in the dark.

But over the past couple of weeks I've got more use to it and tonight's the first night I couldn't care less!! The turnip look is a sign of working hard :)

well done :D hey who cares what others think ! you are doing it ,bottom line you have and will continue to do it and graduate like all of us :D

well done you.

I go a fetching colour of puce very quickly which clashes wonderfully with my flourescent pink top but I no longer care what others think, or what I look like & I'm so glad to hear you don't either. Keep up the good work.

PS not sure which part of the country you come from but in Scotland rather than looking like a turnip you'd look like a neep! Lol 😁😉
