Cannot believe that I have finished week 1. A small achievement for many but significant for me. I have never been into exercise and I am overweight. Looking forward to week 2.

Brilliant. 😃😃😃

Not a small achievement for anyone, often the hardest week of all. Enjoy the satisfaction knowing you're ready for next week.

Well done! You've done better than you did last week, you're off the couch! Keep it up and it'll become something you look forward to.

Great stuff - and if you can do wk1 you can so do the rest of the program. Kudos for making the change and getting out there. Well done and good luck 😊x

No small achievement JasonAL. Just starting this journey for most is the hardest part. Well done you, onwards & upwards 👏👏👏👏

Well done. Keep up the good work and stay away from the couch and unhealthy food. C25k is a fab programme. A life changer 💪👍🏃‍♂️😃

Slow and steady is the way to go. No hurry 👍. Keep this up and you’ll soon begin to feel better
