Hi all, just thought I'd pop in and say I finished week 1 yesterday! Already feeling better having started. Starting week 2 tomorrow, hopefully I won't feel the need to repeat week 1 again! Hope you're all doing well x

Nice work on completing week one - I think those are the toughest runs in the program. Just keep week 2 nice and slow and you'll be fine.

Glad you're already feeling the positives of starting. It is excellent for clearing the head and making you much, much fitter. Happy running.

Thank you! Did w2r1 yesterday in a hailstorm and it was hard but also fab! I'm now back over in Alicante so hopefully the change in climate/environment won't trip me up!

Well done - you are over the first and biggest hurdle - just stick at it and never give in :) When you get to the end of this you will find it has changed your life. And although it is great not to repeat any of the weeks there is no harm in doing so - some people's bodies learn quicker than others :) - I know I repeated one of the weeks but now I can run just over 10K - the important thing is to take it slow - have fun :)

Thanks sir! I've just got back to Spain where I'm studying this year so need to work out a new route and get on with w2r2 tomorrow! Everyone seems to be so positive about this programme, it's so inspiring! Thank you for all the support :)
