Done it! Graduated W9 R3 and decided to try a full 5k on this run which i managed in just under 42 mins! Onwards and upwards and hopefully can now concentrate on bringing the time down now i can run the distance!

Thank you all. I'm currently 26 miles into a 50 mile challenge for August, and have the Pretty Muddy 5k booked in sept. I will continue with this running lark!

As someone in his 5th decade I am currently happy with that, but hope by next year it will start to come down.
