My first post (only lurked up to now), but this morning I did week 9 run 3 and even ran for an extra 5 mins to complete the full 5K π
Never would have believed Iβd be able to run this far - Iβd always hated it, but after losing 3st with Slimming World I started this in January (when I thought Iβd die after running for one minute) and now I can run a full 5K. I repeated week 3 and week 4 once each, which really helped.
Got to keep it up now - on to consolidation π
