Done and dusted . Done my week9run 3 tonight . I set of and ran 5k instead of the 30 mins . I now have a park run under my belt (last Saturday )which I must say was thoroughly brilliant and I can now run 5k . Who would of thought a few months ago when I battled to run 90 seconds without stopping that I would be able to run a park run and enjoy it. If I can offer any advice to people starting the journey or battling to complete , it would be keep going . It is so easy to give up , but the rewards for finishing are brilliant . Trust me what a feeling to complete 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃😎😎😎. Thanks to everyone on here for all the encouragement along the way . Onward and upward now . 10k is looming large 🙃🙃🙃🙃

I managed the 5k for the first time on my first parkrun and the encouragement from the other runners made it a lot easier. Very friendly bunch
