Google lacing techniques. If you relace with open lacing around the area getting pain it should relieve the pressure but I would look long term at whether those shoes are really right for you. 👍
Thanks👌 I actually bought them silicone laces and today's run felt almost grand..I must admit im in need of new runners tho😂 thanks for the reply..any suggestions of budget friendly trainers I can buy??
Check out start fitness online. They do last season and even current models at knock down prices. Just make sure you know what size and specifics you want/ need.
Your running shoes are usually a full size bigger than your street shoes to allow room for your toes to extend fully.
Maybe pop along to a running shop for advice then peruse online. Naughty I know but if you don't know if you want support/ cushion/neutral saves buying wrong to start with.
check the FAQ POSTS in the pinned post section which has a big list of useful FAQs - one of them is called "which shoes?" - this will have loads more tips in there. If you're on a budget you can always explain that to the running shops - a good one just wants what's best for you anyway and will be staffed by runners themselves - and no runner wants to see someone get pains and injuries from the wrong shoes.
Welcome and good luck! Sounds as if the new laces helped at least.
I went onto that site someone.suggested abice and found a great pair in my.budget..must check.out pinned posts too many.thanks👌
