Well, the additional 3 mins from last week felt fine! Chose a route this morning where I'd normally run through an open farm gate but for the first time this morning it was closed and I just couldn't work out how to open it! (I go through a lot of them round here so have seen all sorts). Had to climb over the gate there and back but it didn't seem to break my stride much
I normally run on Mon, Wed and Fri but this week I'm all over the place again with work so I think I can squeeze Wednesday morning in but I'm not sure about Friday... Would it be the end of the world to do a Thursday evening run after a Wednesday early morning?

Tut tut Ripcurlrana71 encouraging people to break the rules! I would never do that 😉🤣seriously though southlundon as long as you feel OK I would go for it, I did a 9k yesterday morning and am planning on running this evening, you have to do what works for you and fits in with the rest of your life
I have a friend who is on week 5 and she can’t set regular days because of family commitments. So instead she will tag two runs onto each other eg she did w4r3 then straight away w5r1 a few days ago. I’ve told her it’s not a good idea but I don’t want to put her off either iykwim 😕
Well done southlundon! I’ve seen others have done another run as a one off and it’s been ok. You’ll probably kind of know in yourself on the day! Great stuff! W9 now! Woooh! ❤️
Fab I made a mistake on my title and randomly put run 3 when it was actually run 1 - wishful thinking! 😂😂 Looking forward to moving up to 30 mins next week though 👍🏻
