Was supposed to do this run on Saturday morning but after a charity night out Friday and copious amounts of π· my hangover got the better of me. Then had my baby grandson on Saturday until yesterday afternoon so still didn't run. (I'm an early morning runner) However this morning I got up and left the house without giving myself time to think. Off I went with the mutts in tow. Completed the run but felt very dizzy and sick after it, probably due to the alcohol and lack of sleep over the weekend. Back on night shifts Wednesday so next run is Wednesday morning. Right I'm going off now to die!

Your last sentence made me giggle. That's little how I feel after this morning's run.
Well done for completing the first run of week 7. You must feel good that you're getting so far with the programme.

Take the duvet put it over your lying down body, take a bottle or maybe a tank of water to bed with you, and Wednesday you'll be as bright as a button....
