So I made it through Week 7’s 25 minute runs and cannot believe I only have two weeks left until I’ll graduate the couch to 5k app!! 🥳 I’ve got a week off work so after doing a few errands early this morning I changed into my running gear and headed out for my first 28 minute run for Week 8.
Although I found it challenging at points (10 mins in and the last 5 mins, I’m looking at you), I’m pleased to report that I managed to complete it! I keep reminding myself that back in Week 1 the eight sets of 60 seconds running were tough and yet here I am running for 28 minutes without having to stop to walk. I’m hoping my endurance and stamina will continue to improve so I can finish the app at the end of next week on a high!
